Ok before I waste 20 bucks because I through the parts all over the place and can't find them again. Heres my problem. I have a center diff, and wanted to put it in my 3.3. So today I went down and got the rear break kit, to complete the sucker. So I sit down to start assembling all the parts on the tranny and before I get started, I hit a problem. Theres a pin that saposibly goes into a certin hole on the center diff out-put shaft to hold a star looking thing that holds the pads. The problem is theres no hole for the pin on the center diff out-put shaft. WTF! Anyone encounterd this problem. What did you do. This little problem looks to have posponed my outting to the track tomarrow, because with out a center diff, I can't keep the front end down on this thing.

Sounds like you put the center diff in backwards.

If that isnt the case I dont know what could have happend, it would be very odd if you got a center diff without the hole drilled in it. But anything is possible.

I appears as if I did. Because there is no hole on either side, and I know its in the right way. SOB. Something always has to happen. I wonder if traxxas would support there product and give me another if I proved it? O well nother thing for me to buy myself for christmas.

Yeah that is pretty damn lame,

Something I just thought of. When I got my center diff it also came with a second shaft (the FOC I think, It has been a few months.) you didnt happen to install that did you. Just a thought.

Did you get it from a hobby shop, could you just return it.

I got it from Eddy. lol. I never got a second shaft with it, but i know there were some rear break linkage in with it, just missing most of the parts. Well damn, I guess that answers my question though. Any one got a spare?

Traxxas support would most likely send you a new part if you called them.

I have delt with them before and know several people who got free parts for their problems. Traxxas prides itself on customer satisfaction and go out of their way to help you out.
