Really? I am going to look into that so I can use taller gearing. Yes I do agree on the Nova being a pain in the ass to adjust. I have that down to a science so its just time consuming.sweetdiesel said:Nova and hotbodies both make adjustable mounts. I heard the Nova is a big pain to tighten down. jon2 said:What collet are you using? I had to machine mine down a little. I really mean "machine" as it needs to be flush and spot on. You can't have a lopsided one. after that it fits perfect. Ask your LHS if they carry an 1/8th scale collet that is shorter.

I have that same motor in my truck...and i know by using the stock Savage flywheel and shoes it will.beason said:can you put a different flywheel on it?? that thing is huge!!
