Ok well Fasterdenu and myself work together after work last night we hit the local mall parking lot with some ramps we built and keep in his truck. Well all was going well for about a hour. we took a break and decided to run the fuel out of them and call it a night. I fired mine up and while warming up I noticed my steering would just throw a fit jump around on its own( should have taken the hint and packed it up, But not me). I made a few high speed runs and hit the brakes one time the brakes didn't apply but throttle released(once again should have taken the hint). I make another high speed run go to turn and hit the brakes wrong I get nothing Runs head on into a handi-cap parking sign post at WOT. Out come is pole 1 truck 0. I destroyed a A-arm, Broke a brand new P2 rocker( first run since installed) and Bent the push rod. Notice the nice yellow paint LOL.

we are thinkin it was the mall's security system that was causing interference for grudge... mine ran like a raped ape though, no problems for me... just alot of air time :D
 
Nice!! Good reason to get yourself some RPM arms.

It may have been interference but it sounds more like a low Rx battery. If you were running fine for that long and then it started acting up later on, a low battery would be my guess.
 
only 1 tank for grudge before the head on with the pole, and i was pretty sure that his on board pack was just charged before we started running, although i guess it coulda been his transmitter batteries going low also

I was going to check transmitter batteries but, I left it on all night in the chaos I forgot to turn it off and now they are dead.
 
repairs have been made Rpm a-arms up front, new pushrods, extended a-arms in the rear, new shock springs new body.

Thats a really nice looking truck...sounds like you and your friend have a great time :)

if you dont break anything your not having FUN:hehe:..happens to all of us..trucks looks good..speaking of looking good i need to do my routine take apart/rebuild :\..:hehe:
 
good to see you ditched the roll cage for a body. good move.

i also noticed that your directional talon tires are all going in the wrong direction. i dont know if you knew that there directional tires but the arrows on the tire should be facing the front of the car

the bonehead that grudge bought that revo from, didnt glue the tires correctly from stock... hes got three goin one way and one oddball goin backwards... kinda suits the driver though... :p:

There is always a smart a** who thinks he can go the other way while everybody else is going in the right direction...:hehe:

As long as my truck and tires are going in the same direction I am happy, its really upsetting when they go different directions.
 
Damn it will it ever stop, Now I broke my exhaust header. Can you say new trinity pipe;)
 
trinity pipe is a good one. also the THS pipe comes with a header, thats also a good one to get

try checking into the platinum revo header. its got a spring attachment that give it some movement if its hit
 
Lets add a broken rear shock to that as well, But I won 4 Imex HD piggy back shocks NIB for $20 dollars on eBay. :D
