I got a OS carbroutor and i dont know where to set the low and high at its hard to start and keep runing i dont know what to do..And i looked all over the internet and couldnt find it can anbody help me plz...

Try flush on the low end, and 3.5 turns out on the high end, and lean down the high end until it starts. Then do the adjustments from there. Hope that helps!

Depends on the engine it's in. If you can detail what engine, that'll help.

Picco .12 i got it started but it sounds like it gets to much fuel..then bogs down the it diesonder2:

You'll have to lean it a little from there. Maybe a quarter turn down on the low end. The starting settings on the 11E carb are, well, a little too rich for any engine.
