carb (turns on the screw)

hi guys,i have just finised reading slowngreen's thread on tuning up a km baja 23cc and plan to follow his instructions however i am a bit confused on the turn's ohn the screw,when he says 1 1/2 turns for eg does that mean 1 full rotation on the screw then a half turn or are they quarter turn's or half turn's,it's a rookie question i know but i am a rookie,can somebody clear this up for me,thanks:\
