I currently have a 3 needle slide carb in my 1/8 scale buggy.
I have no idea how to tune a 3 needle carb so should i go and get a 2 needle carb or just learn how to tune it.

At the end of the day all i really want is the better carb and if that means learning how to tune a 3 needle then so be it

Just ignore the MSN, they do not need adjusted 99.9% of the time.

the book also says to leave the low speed the needle...
I've been adjusting the HSP needle and it seems to be running heaps good just wanted to make sure that its not going to do anything to the motor bad....

car blows smoke when accelerating but not when idling... is this good or bad?

sorry to be annoying guys but I'm really stuck on this and not to keen on running my rig without knowing

is that a 3 needle carb as well??
never seen 1 in real life.. i dont know any1 that lives near me with a rc car so i bash alone haha

Don't worry guys. They don't smoke much at idle, especially if they are rich. Put your finger by the exhaust stinger with the car idling, it will get drenched in oil.
