carb open to much?

Just cleaned my owb and but my engine back in and all the sudden the carb is about 5 or more mm open. I have a spektrum dx3s and treid to adjust it but it just makes the breaks apply and you can't freely push my savage x 4.6. I was wondering what I should do to fix it.

I actually fixed it. When I put the plastic piece that holds the steering servo and the carb. I did not put it on right, it was a simple fix but worried me.
