I have a Revo 3.3. I got it about 2 weeks ago. I've been stuggling with shifting issues since I've gotten it. I have narrowed the problem down to the carb not openning all the way. Here's my problem, no matter what I do I can't get it to go open all the way. Is it normal for the servo to have more travel in the brake direction than in the throttle direction? Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

No, not normal. You need to remove the servo horn, turn on the Rx and Tx, set your trim, and center the servo. After that, it's a mechanical adjustment if needed, or with a computer radio, you set the end points.

Was getting the same advise on the phone. I'll try that. I've also learned that I was probably turning my carb the wrong way when I tried rotating in. It'll be a day or 2 before I get to try it because of work, but I'll let you know how it turned out. Thanks for the help.

Carb is officially openning all the way. I failed to mention that it is still completely stock except for the motor saver air filter. As it turns out, it was binding a little but the main issue was that the opti-drive was not set properly. Hopefully by the end of the week, I'll start upgrading and the opti-drive will be gone. I am planning on playing just a little prior to going back to work on it. Thanks again for the help.
