jaybo, as it's a new truck, make sure you start it with all wheels off the ground. set the throttle trim up as high as it goes and make sure the ignitor is charged. I use the rotostart shaft in my cordless drill becuase the rotostart is pretty crappy and 5 seconds crank usually isn't long enough. and leave the ignitor in for a good 5 to 10 seconds. ignitors on a good battery can glow a plug for minutes so don't be scared you're going to drain it.
if you STILL have trouble, take the glow plug out, hold your finger over the exhaust and crank the piston 5 full turns. then put the plug back on, and again hold your finger on the exhaust and crank the engine untill you see fuel hit the carb. insert ignitor, wait 3-4 seconds then give her a crank. this has never failed for me, and i have the savvy x 4.6 RTR for a fortnight now
