can't Shift Into 2nd Gear

Hello,
I recently tampered with my HSN factory setting and now i'm unable to get my truck to shift into 2nd gear. It also stalls while idling. In order for me to keep the truck from stalling i have to accelerate while using the EZ Start. I tinkered with it for the past two days and i still haven't solved the problem. My truck is 2 months old and hasn't been run often (It was down for two weeks because of a crash) Any suggestions. Thanks in advance:)
 
Welcome to the site . Revert back to factory settings and lean it out from there . Wat fuel and plug are you using ?

I'm using 20% top fuel and i'm using the standard glow plug. it's the plug that was included with my purchase (not sure of the name)
 
is that traxxas top fuel ? if so lose it and get a decent brand . it has too much oil content . i dont think 1 person on this site uses that crap .
 
get some o'dennel 20% or sidewinder 20% and use an o'donnel red glow plug lean out ur HSN and you truck should run like a champ!
 
really? ok cool, i'll try a different brand. btw i spent time outside today tuning and i finally got my truck to run some what correctly. it's now hitting 2nd gear but it's not consistent. it'll shift only sometimes. i'll keep trying. thanks for your help
