Ok I've got a t maxx 2.5 thats not to far off being a 3.3 but anyways on to my issue. I took my maxx out one day and i couldn get it to idle worth crap it kinda would but once it got hot that was it and it was acting like a air leak. I took the original 3.3 off put on a 2.5 same issue. Bought a used jato with a good 3.3 threw that on it and still same issue. I thought maybe fuel line or fuel tank. Replaced fuel lines and put a new fuel tank on from my ofna lx one. Still the same issue can't keep an idle. I've tuned and done everything i no to do besides change the clutch spring and shoes. I'm still running the 2 shoe setup. That is going to be my next change to see if the two two diff springs are weakened and causing my problem

no that isnt it either I'm seriously stumped on this one I'm gonna try replacing clutch spring and seal around exhaust and running some rtv around it and see if that helps if that doesn't work idk what the deal is bc that will be three motors doing the same thing

what about new fuel. if your fuel is old it won`t tune right. the rustler i had ran fine durning late spring early summer but when it got hot out it wouldn`t tune or run for crap. i bought a gallon of new fuel and it was back to normal.

Yea fuel is new just bought a case of 4 gallons of torco about 2 months ago and have only ran a half gallon and it is always kept inside i only take my fuel bottle outside unless I'm going bashing with friends or something
