I can see the EZ Start motor turning, but it wont spin the crank or anything, I have also tried a pull start. I've run probably a gallon of gas through it and let it sit over the winter, also with the pull start, the string wont recoil.

I cleaned the one way bearing, now it seems to be turning the flywheel, it seems to be quite slow and such

sigh, well now when I screw the glow plug all the way in it wont turn, if I unscrew it a tiny bit, it starts to turn again, slowly.

I dont mean any disrespect but is the battery charged ? Maybe the ez-start motor is full of dirt ? Maybe the engine has some sludge in it from sitting .

I suppose I will have to take the engine apart and try and clean it, the battery is charged though

haha, I'm am really new to this, it was easy when it would start=p. What do I have to do to install the pullstart and have it work correctly?

Installing a pullstart at this point would only add blisters to your fingers.
Flush the engine out thoroughly with fresh fuel to try to dissolve some of the gunk that has collected in it.
Before trying to start it, put a few drops of After Run oil in the top of the piston and let it spin till it spins freely.
Put the glow plug back and then try to start it normally.

well I'm not sure what to do, it seems to spin quite freely when i have the glow plug unscrewed a little, but when its in it seems to get stuck in a certain spot, i can help it go through its cycle but of course that doesn't help any. I suppose I will have to let my battery charge for a while now.

Is the battery any good? Do what Rolex said. Open the throttle and take the glow plug out. Put a few big drops of after run in the carb and in the head and crank the heck out of it. Then do the same with fresh fuel. Put it back together and try starting it. If that don't do it, then it's time to start trouble shooting.

I would do what Rolex said and also I would get an hairdryer an heat up the engine till it has reached it's normal running temperature which should be about 220'-260'
then I would try to start it...
when engines are hot they stretch so they have less compression so it's easier to move cylinder and when engines are cold then they are damn hard to start but also I would check you carburetor settings, sometimes when it's set to reach the engine gets flooded before it even starts.

Look I'm no expert but i had a very simlar problem with my trx 25. It would turn great with no plug or a loose plug. When i made the plug tight it would turn a couple of times then lock. Some times it would even run for a half tank or so. Anyway i left it alone through the winter because i was so annoyed with it. But i have just got it back out now the weather is better but decided to take the head off and see what i could see. Anyway soon as the head was off i could see bits of metal on top of the piston. So i took the mainfold off to try inspec the piston. It turned out my pist had bits falling off the bottom of it and it was jamming up. Now it turn fine all the time after getting all the bits of metal out. But i have not run it yet I'm just in the process of rebuilding my old trx 15 for when the piston lets go in a big way sometime in the future. Not saying this is your fault but you have most the symptoms i did.

if you leave you battery flat (uncharged) over the winter then after winter you will usually have to do a cycle charge this means charge the battery 2 or 3 times. if thats not it you might of flooded your engine , or you have to clean the one way bearing

i have the engine taken apart, i cleaned everything thoroughly, it sounds like there is suction or something, I can actually hear a noise that makes me think that, it happens when the piston is at the top.

If you hear it when the piston is at the top, and you're holding it there, it's compression leaking past the piston and cylinder wall and is completely normal. If the engine refuses to turn with the starter, it's possible it's flooding. Loosen the glow plug till it starts, then tighten it back up. Eventually it should improve.

look at whare you put the ez start in push the wires togher maby you had a loose wire if that dosent work put wour finger over the egsost pipe and let the moter spin
