Ho - ly Crap!...

I just installed eight Unlimited Engineering shocks on a .21-converted Maxx.

Even with the lightest springs provided the truck's weight only compresses these shocks a couple millimeters from full extension. I'm sure I could launch it from Sears Tower and keep on drivin'. (Provided of course, my landing is on the wheels.)

I've disconnected half the front and half the rear. It's beginning to sit at a normal stance.

These shocks are longer than stock. I must have adjusted my pivot balls correctly because there is no binding of the drive train even at full extension.

My truck is not light. Does anybody run eight UE shocks on an MT? And what springs did you use?

At this point I'm pulling half the shocks.

The only other thing I have to say is "Yeeeeee Hawwww!!!' We're goin' goat-ropin' or bashin! You guess!

8 ue shocks ya a bit over kill I am running 4 on my 4.6 savage with nova towers!! I can drop it from six feet and does not bottom out. Got to love the ue shocks.

Zandor? 21RC? Which side of the towers are you mounting the shocks on? Your picture looks like the rear shocks are on the rear side of the tower, Zandor.

The shocks in the rear are on the back side! The reason for that is the ue shocks are really beefy and they whould ride on the header. Witch is the reason I switched shocks in the first place.the stockers were hitting the header and after 5 tank there was a gouge there.. The only down fall with the savage IMO!

Thats one sweet Savage Zandor! I really like the big bore shocks I got from you I think when I have some extra cash I might get them for all four corners. The dynamite ones I have are pretty lmao but dont work very well. I have added stiffer springs to them and they still dont hold up the truck very well it sags in the rear and if you push down on the rear end it stays down, could be an oil issue I've never checked them lol anyway good luck getting your Maxx set up wdavidhicks.
