Looks like a Kyosho branded block. Not sure what chassis it's out of since Kyosho has made dozens of different cars. It's an older engine as noted by the older style head. But not painfully old. I'm sure it's still useable. Probably a .12 or .15 size but can't tell for sure. Not worth a whole lot since it's an older, and probably pretty common engine.

it is a Kyosho gs11, I believe. I had a sandmaster (my first baby!), and this is the engine is came with. It is not worth very much, but it was really simple to tune and reliable. I must have ran about 10 gallons of fuel through one piston/sleeve combo. It is currently sitting right now, but seeing this pic gave me nostalgic goosebumps, maybe I will try to put it in a car for giggles. Hope this helps for whatever you are trying to do with it.
