No clue.Looks pretty old so you might just have a classic there.Scrub it up and let us know what its condition is like.

it runs fine lots of compresion just need a flyweal and clutch

Judging by the p id say its an old picco, if you look at the style of writing on the picco brand its kinda the same as that.

Whatever it is,its a keeper.Love the old boys.When you run it make sure the fuel has at least some castor in it.Newer fuel with no castor is the worst crime you can commit toward a vintage engine.Have fun.

first thing to do is find out what exactly it is then to look up the stock carb settings

do u no aney people who deal in thes engines witch i can get a carb from them beacuse it sez dont mess Torque carburator settings.
So keep away from that carb thing.
