Is there a place on line to buy nitro fuel reasonable? I still haven't ran my truck and I need fuel. Albuquerque, NM is 80 miles from me and they have two hobby shops. I've called them to ask about prices on stuff and they are RUDE! I refuse to give them any business. Oh, and did I forget to mention they are at least double or triple the price on anything vs. online! I'm so pissed!

What glow plugs do I need? My truck's a brand new HPI Savage X 4.6. Thanks.

I see no point of ordering fuel online. You have to pay hazmat fees because the risk of shipping nitromethane.

Amain does have good prices, but I don't know about the shipping cost.

Amain's shipping costs are nothing but added profits for them. I was going to order an $8.00 part (bulkhead/kickplate kit) that weighs all of maybe two ounces, and the base shipping cost was as much as the part. I only used Amain as a reference.

Thanks. I guess I have the choice of selling my truck or giving the jerks business. Hmmm. I guess someone's getting a heck of a deal on my truck!

I called Hobby Proz-Abq today and I asked about the price on a hump pack battery. The guys says "why don't you come in and take a look?"

The other Hobby shop in town wanted like $550 for a HPI Savage X.

I can't do business with businesses like this!:(

THe least they could do is be nice if they're screwing people!:\

tower hobbies their shipping for fuel is 6 bucks fairly cheap.u can find fuel on e bay but some of it is crapy fuel

Gas is expensive. Until I live closer than 30 miles from a lhs, I'll order my parts online. Avoid the jerks and the buying compulsions of going into a store.

Thanks. The jerks have a gallon of Byrons fuel for $32. I'll probably just buy the fuel there and that's it. I don't have problems with buying compulsions.

thats reasonable! $32 is what i pay in El Paso, TX and theres three different shops here.
