Hey guyz,
Is the cam type servo saver good for racing, does it really help.

And i also saw the ball bearing set, 4 ball bearing for 14 bux, ouch. Do these do anything and really help, or really just a stupid investment

the cam type servo saver is a must.... it makes the steering much less sloppy. which is what you want for racing... and the bearings are not a musy but will definately free up the steering abit... making it smoother and more responsive... it will also make them last longer, as the plastic bushings that are included with the kit will eventually wear out.

OK, i guess i will do it, thanx Nathan 454/
Jeeeez, 14 bux for 4 ball bearings, ill go to home depot. My only hold back is that I'm 15 and dont have a ride to get there, LOL!!

yeah there quite abit... just find out what size they are and get them from duratrax. they offer decent bearings for quite abit cheaper then anyone else... or avidrc.com has bearings for about a 1.50 a pop so it would only be like 6 bux for all of em.

The difference is like night and day. I'm so glad that the new kit's come with the cam type. You will not be dissapointed. :hammer:

Just order the cam type from hpi you get everything. Doing the ofna mp mod style you loose turning radius.
