RC Driving Style
For the stated $22 you won't gain anything. The stock HPI motor saver style filter is only $10 at my lhs,there isn't much difference in final location from the carb. I have seen a long tube CAI that goes almost to the front bumper,but I still think it's a worthless idea. If it matters to you though,I have not actually ran the setup.
 
No Quote Post on this forum? o.O But the tubing and all is nowhere to be found, so is that included with the filter? :P
 
Always zip tie your filter to the carb neck as well. No matter how firm it pops on. A new razor blade can be used to easily cut the zip tie for removal without damaging the filter tube.
 
i have ran one of those CIA that reach the front bumper. they are all show and no go. could not tune the truck for crap. Get a quality motor saver, double zip tie it, and bash away.
