Anyone parting out an E-Maxx? All I want is the ESC with the wiring harness for dual batts, the motors and trans . If batts are included, I might take them also.
This is not for another Maxx, but a boat project I'm working on.
Reply here, or with a PM.

Thanks,
Rolex

I'm sure there will be, but for now I just want to upgrade it.
I've been pricing brushless conversions, and wow, it's a costly process.
Currently I'm doing all the other improvements like custom water cooling, and aluminum dual rudders. That also includes new receiver and steering servo.
I've totally stripped the factory graphics and put on my own.
I knew in advance that I was only buying it for the hull, but I'm already putting in another $300 without going brushless.
I can enjoy it for a while, then have the BL upgrade to look forward to.

I can hook you up, Rolex, if you can give me a few days to take the stuff out. I'm converting an E-Maxx to a T-Maxx for my son, so I won't need these parts.

ESC is brand-new, motors and tranny are in excellent condition and I can throw in a couple 3300 MaH batteries as well.

Tell me what you think is fair.

I've spent the last couple of days searching prices for what I need, and the parts and batts are close to $400. I finally decided to purchase the Villain EX complete (less batteries) for $249 shipped. That's 14.4 volts with watercooled marine ESC.

Once it arrives it's just a matter of stripping it bare and adapting it into the big cat. No more hunting for $3 parts and paying $5 to ship. I'll have everything I need, right down to the grub screws.

What I might still do is take what you have, and do my other adapting project in the Villain hull, with your parts and the parts that are stripped out of the catamaran.

I really don't know what your collection is worth, so let me look around, and I'll let you know, unless you already have some idea as to what it's worth.
