Just got a used t-maxx and need some stuff. Want to see what you guys would recomend. If you guys could just give me some links that ould be awesome.

Battery pack - I want a hump pack to put in place of the stock battery pack on the car. What would you recomend. I seem to remember some of the required a new connector?

What different rim sizes do they have? I know they have the 40 series and stock sizes but don't tey also have a size in the middle?

Where do you guy's get all of you're parts and tools from online? Name a cupple good places with a decent selection. No hobby shops near me.

What's the cheapest place online for fuel? Not even sure what fuel was ran before but i know it was blue. So maybe blue thunder.

If you you guys could name general tuning settings. Correct meif i'm wrong but the low speed really dos not get messed with and the high speed is like all the way in then 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 turns out? Somthing like that? What's the low speed suppose to be set at for starting out. I know clockwise is leaner and counter clockwise is richer.

Just trying to remember all of this crap from back in the day when i had them as a kid (20 now)

i can't help you on the battery. i think 30 series are in the middle. i get parts from tower and other places. what state are you in. because if you are east coast get byron fuels. the stock settings on a tmaxx are 4 turns out on the hsn and flush on the lsn. then 1-2mm gap on the carb. heres the sites

Aluminum bulk heads......as a minimum in the front. Best investment for a T-maxx other than RPM A arms.

agreed, sure you can bend/break them but its always such a insane crash that its worth it lol...just dont go overbored with aluminum, it adds up in weight fast!

Cool can anyone give me any advice on the hump packs? Brands ect? I knew about tower already. Was just wondering if there is some place that is usually cheaper than the rest.

I'll check out that fuel place.

Looks like I will be going with the duratraxx red alert 20%. I guess you can't guy single gallons any more huh? I'll just be bashing around the yard so i'm sure this brnd is fine. If not lemme know.

if you upgrade the front bulkheads make sure you get toe links too cause if the bulk head doesn't break than the toe link will, and aluminum shocks are a must the standard traxxas shocks are the worst things that they have continuosly produced

I use a venom 1600 hump pack and I did have to add a connector. So far it works great. As far as blue fuel the traxxas "top fuel" is blue and it's what they recommend you use. I run Byron 30% (orange) and it runs awesome. That's about all I know that might help.
