Here is my quick $40 conversion.... All I bought where tires...

Change from Buggy for the first 30mins of the run and a quick 5 min change to an MT

I decided to keep the buggy wheels, shell, and wing for quick transformation...

nice body, what is it? and what did u use for the body posts?

yeah....how did you convert the body posts? I've been thinking about buying a set of Ofna Dominator ones and rigging them to my shock towers.

well.. the body came with my Savage when I bought it use on ebay. It didn't have any hole is in it.. so I don't know what body it is for. for the body post, the rear I am actually using the original Wing support for the buggy and the front I just had some spare parts from my RS4 3ss an added a long post. that's all.. the decals on the truck I had gotten from different vehicles.. head lights are from a Supra HPI, front grill Silvia HPI, bottom gril w/ intercooler Civic Si HPI, wind shield, Civic Si HPI, driverside/passengerside windows from a Civic Si HPI. I got tons of sheets of decals for cars for .10 cents a sheet from my LHS.

but doning some research, I think that body is actually for the Clod Buster????? cause it looks factory painted and cut..

Can you take some pics of the front body posts for me? Without the shell.

My concern is that the front body posts will not be stong enough if you land on your lid. I saw one MT that had what looked like a buggy shock tower with a thick plastic "bulkhead" (not sure what it is called) that attached to the shock tower. The plastic peice has some nice thick body posts mounted to it. I though it was a dominator but I'm not sure now.

On the other hand. Nice job with the conversion.

no not RIP.. like I stated... I can just take off the MT wheels and toss back the buggy wheels and put on the buggy body easy as 1 - 2 - 3... depending on how I feel like bashing.. I can convert to a buggy or a MT... TRANSFORMERS hahhaah

hey street fighter, that thing kinda looks like the ofna dominator with the body on it!
