But can be added later, correct. I hate to be a moron here but I am about to invest my hard earned money into another RC and I don't want a lemon.

Any information about the Mugen MBX? Where can I find pics of it, specs, etc...

From what i heard....it is much easier and cheaper in the long run to upgrade the real 7.5 to a Kenai edition than it is the Sports. Other than that they both have tons of hopups avail.

LOL nope......$700-$800 for a rolling chassis...thats it man. It dont even come with tires

Bottom line is this.....

Right now, the two HOT TICKET buggies are the Kyosho and the Mugen. Regardless of which one you pick, they are pricey. Both have a SHITLOAD of hop-ups out there, but, there are few, if any, parts you will want to change. That is, unless you spend a lot of time at the track.

From a lot of the guys who are buggy FREAKS around here, they have said the same thing about the Kyosho. Get either the Inferno MP 7.5 and convert to a KANAI 1 not the 2. or, if you can find one, get the Kanai 1. Why? I dont know.

I have the Inferno MP 7.5 and havent had one bad thing to say about it. Period.

Mugen MBX - well, put it this way, not 1 single Mugen owner has said anything other than 'This is God on wheels' type comments. Just ask RazorBack, he has both a Kyosho and a Mugen and he is all about the Mugen right now. For good reason too!

You still can't go wrong with either one.....

Uh oh Bmoc is back.

Well the Hyper7 PBS is a really good deal. Considering it comes with everyones favorite Hyper 8-Port and a Starter box for aroudn $500 and It is ready to run. This is a competition buggy and I know it can drive because people win races at my track with this buggy. Its fairly new so hop-ups are being made as we speak (I hope) But I was thinking about getting it before I choose the savage. It comes with everything You need I believe. The body comes prepainted too I think. It is fast and It can turn well but I've heard the ofna servos or servo savers need some work so you might want to invest in a new steering servo. Other than that It is a pure competition buggy as Ofna would say.
Here is the Hyper 7 PBS which includes everything you need Plus the Hyper 8-Port engine.

Yeah everything I've heard about the Hyper 7 was good. Chris posted a good article that compared some of the buggies in another thread....I'll find it and post here.

Did you know that the Inferno is manufactured by OFNA???

Edit....well I "thought" Chris posted it but I guess not. Anyway, heres the link to the comparison.
