brushless?

With the exception of a large scale RC, i am a firm believer that Brushless is the only way to go. More power than any nitro, and hundreds of thousands of RPM's possible with these things, there is just no other way. With the exception of my Baja 5B, all my other rigs are now brushless powered.

is it good for a hyper 8? plus how much do they cost? more than a nitro engine? can i have both in one buggy..like use the nitro one time and the brushless another time?

It would take some pretty extensive modification and fabrication, but i guess you could make a hybrid RC. But it would be best and more practile to go one way or another. And yes, it can be converted by just buying a conversion kit.

BL setup's run anywhere new from $120 for the losi acceleron system, to a few hundred dollars on a high dollar system. I recomend the mamba maxx setup. Its what i use in my 10th scale, and my 18th scale.

10th and 18th scale are small... i have a 8th scale...can it handle it? welll i dont think i have enough $$ to do a hybird... hey if i do a conversion kit...will it be possible to put my nitro engine in easily or do i have to take it to the hobby store?

They make different size kits. 18, 12, 10, 8, different size cans.

Once you do it yourself a couple of times, you will be good to swap it around in an hour or two.
