Quick question for you electric-types:

What brushless motor(s) would you recommend for a Traxxas Stampede?

I'm not currently running lipo but plan on going that way eventually. Correct me if I'm wrong but with a brushless I should get better runtimes from my existing NiMH packs right?

The brushless equivalent of a brushed motor will have slightly longer runtimes due to its greater efficiency.

How many cells do you plan on running (now and later) and what kind of speed are you looking to attain? What is your budget?

Right now I'm only running some cheap Venom 3600NiMH packs. As for going Lipo, I doubt I'll be going nuts with the Stampede (it's more for the kids) but I am considering an 8ight-T electric in the near future. Of course, will need to pick up a good charger etc. Budget is anything under $1k total. :)
