just got a new emaxx evx2 and i want to go brushless and ideas for motor and stuff i would need. thanks

What kind of batteries are looking to use in it? There are serveral configurations you could put in the maxx. I've ran the Novak 6.5 and 4.5 HV setups and also MM/BEC configurations using different brushless motors. A lot is what do want to do with the maxx as far as speed/runtime and how much money you looking to drop. Both the Novaks are real nice plug and play setups. Does limit your flexibility with gearing, 40s tires, etc. They are pretty sensitive to heat. The MM w/ bec is a nice start and usually less expensive if you go with a feigoa motor, but a step up from that motor would be the Medusa and then the next step is the NEU motors. Castle aslo make the Mamba monstor plug and play setups that were linked above by robmob. Just depends on how deep your pocket book is. Which emaxx is it you got the 3905 or the 3906? There are some upgrades needed for the 3906 emaxx for it to handle the brushless power.

Here a used setup that would do the trick really nice on 4s.
