I have a T maxx 2.5 and I really am tired of Nitro! Does anyone make a mount to install a brushless motor? it looks cheaper to buy a motor and ESC than to get a big block engine.

I don't know of any but if you contact kershaw designs they could probably make you one. But by the time you spent all the money converting it over you could probably go buy a new E-MAXX brushless edition.

Well I am going to try to fab a motor mount to work with the stock trans and try an old motor and speed control I have laying around. If I get it to work I will put some pic up.

Awesome. I'm not sure why someone hasn't done this yet, maybe tranny can't take torque?stock. IDK but doubt it would cost more than buying a brushless edition especially if you have a highly modified tmaxx.

Now buying a emaxx chassis with w/e gears would be best bet I'm guessing. I havent even broke in my new nitro motor yet...... thinking of going to the e-side of things maybe.
