any way to get a broken screw out of a bulkhead/axle carrier

Plastic bulkhead? or aluminum?

Anyway the easiest way is to cut a slot in it with a dremmel wheel, then use a flat screw driver to back it out.
 
yeah the plastic parts most of the time is easier to just replace... its hard too do that with metal cause they cost just alittle more... or in some cases alot more....
