i just go my revo today and i have never broke in a rc car before and i watched the DVD and tomarow I'm breaking it in should i just fallow the instrutions that it gives me or do something else:):)

The Traxxas break in is tedious and very boring, but Traxxas motors are very quick for their size and also a little cantancarous. (thats a BIG word).
I have 9 Traxxas nitros and I would strongly recommend doing the run in as instructed.
Keep the nitro content at 20-25% too. No higher.

Follow the Traxxas instructions, nobody on here is going to warranty your engine if it blows.

thank you very much i plan on making it a racing truck i have about 9 grand to spend right now but i want to get used to it before i start upgrading it with the bst upgrades and everything what do you think my top speed can be

its not that tedious. 5 tanks of fuel doesn't take that long to break in with 10 min breaks in between for cooldown. Make sure when your breaking in, keep the engine temps around 220-250. Use tin foil to wrap the head if needed.
