breakin' in???

Just got my first nitro, it's a savage x 4.6 rtr.

I've seen a couple of different break in procedures on here and the one in the book, is the one in the book ok, or is there a better process known to be better for the 4.6?

Most agree that the heat-cycle method is best for all nitro rc engines.
Here's a thread explaining it. What's in the book will work too.
