I am following the break in procedure for a Savage .25 RTR and it is running hot on the second tank.I had a temp gauge no it and it was reading between 260 and 300 degrees.Should I check the needles to make sure they are right from the factory?I really don't know what else to do.I am not a newbie cause I have being tuning engines for over 12 years and have never had a problem.

Thanks,
Mark

I don't trust the settings from the factory. If I were you, find out the settings and set them yourself.

Try to richen your setting for the HSN, I'd turn it counter clockwise 1/12 turn at a time. Making sure that you have a good flow of blue smoke coming out of the pipes. You may be running too lean.
