Break In for a RB323

What kind of break in did everyone use to break there engine in , should I just try to follow the RB break in method or what , just figured I would touch base with everyone to see how they done it ...

I used there method plus a bit of the Traxxas method of half throttle bursts and a cool down session.

This is the method I used to break in my TM. I think this is similar to what Remy is talking about.
