well to start i purchased a tmaxx and before opening the box i returned it after doing some research. In exchange bought the revo "more available upgrades and parts" well little did i know it doesn't work. The glow plug light is not turning on checked wire for any breaks visually but i do not have my mulimeter available. Does anyone know why this is not working?

check the plug itself , if the light isnt coming on , on your ezstart , it might be the plug if foul , another better idea is to get a glow plug ignitor , it uses less battery juice and easier start ups.

Or you primed it to long. Take the plug out and try turning the engine over and see what happens. I have had really good luck with traxxas plugs and am still on my orginal in my 3.3, so its hard to belive that the plug would be bad. Later on down the line just cut that little blue wire, and get a glo starter, they heat up quicker, and save your easy start battery. Hope this helps a little.

P.S. How much fuel, and how far threw the break in are you. That might help also.

First question... Did you watch the DVD?

Second, Did you try to take the glow plug and see if the plug glows bright orange? If it doesn't glow bright, is your battery charged in the EZ Start wand? If it is, is the blue wire making good contact to the plug?

You may want to use an external ignitor. Doing this will help your EZ Start wand battery last longer.

Let us know

well it was the glow plug, after i tested voltage and everything else "hour into it" i went out a bought a plug and it fired right up. I watched the dvd and read the manual but i never had the chance to break in. The plug never worked straight for the factory i guess. But I'm up and running, fully broken in 2hours later and broke my first rim lol thanks for all your help guys

lol thank you thank you, hears a question what are the percs for the supporters and i want to start looking for parts, roll cage and maybe a skid plate what are some good sites besides ebay

save yourself the money an dont get a rollcage , get some better upgrades like ''foc''foward only conversion, rpm a arms ,exhaust , etc, but rollcage not needed unless you like the look and the weight.

yea that sounds good i was just worried i flipped my truck and the motor took some light scuffs, i dont want to end up cracking something but hey there cheap enough. So what good sites can i start buying from

I have titanium full-length skidplate on my 3.3 and after driving the heck out of it, it still looks new....

Disagree with you on that one.nicholas655. Anyone who has landed on their lid knows that the engine is the most susceptible part of any Nitro ride. A Cage protects the most vital part..the engine. Some have recommended different but I will stick with RC-Solutions because I have had it on my older rides..Monster GT and the Savage. On bothit has saved me because I sucked at flipping then. I probably can pull it off more easiy now but then...I heard more "ouches" then "wow's". With an RC Solutions cage, you must run with a body. Running on cement will hurt any truck using ANY CAGE with enough force.

Check em out.

Well I see there are a lot of different ways to go to cage or no cage that is the question let's see if we can get some other opinions or maybe make a thread of it hmmmmm
