Does anyone know if i can get some upgraded brakes for my savage because the ones on it suck and can anyone give me a link?

is it really your brakes or do you need to adjust them. I mean if you want new brakes W/E just a suggestion.

What Savage/brake combo do you have now? There are some upgrades available, I am still using the stock single disc system that came on my S-25. The servo and linkage adjustments makes a big difference. I switched to a stronger servo and had back them off to keep from doing a front endo when stopping.

he has a 4.6 with stock dual disks

the crazy nut racing brakes are the best brakes ever made for the savage. super thick discs. my truck weighed a solid 12-13 lbs and i ran those brakes for months before selling them. very slight wear on them. i was going through storck brakes every 2 weeks before that

It sounds like an adjustment issue, or maybe some oil or fuel go on the brakes? I had a fuelleak when I started the maxx one day and shut it down immidiately, but my brakes were still ruined because of the lubircation in the fuel. I have a Savage X SS, and I have to use a lot of control or the brakes will lock and send the thing doing front flips and cartwheels. Just a thought, but I think the Savage X SS brakes are an upgraded option part over the RTR, so maybe you could put a set of those on, have a factory HPI fit and finish, and have great stopping power.
