Brakes burning up

Hi. I’m new to this forum but need some help please. My truck has too much power for stock brakes so I keep burning the fiberglass up. There do not seem to be viable options to solve this problem. Any ideas??

Great. It’s a T-maxx 2.5.
I’m running a Rick Brake modified 3.3. Street tires. Basher truck. I’m delaminating stock fiberglass brake rotor.
