I guess those two screws that hold the brakes all together keeps coming looose. I tighten them and after a tank, it's like my brakes get crappier. Pretty sure it's those 2 screws thAt screw into the trans case that come loose. When I apply my brakes, the servo arm by where u adjust ur trans goes all the way forward. I don't reallly know what to do. Tried ca glue but it dident last.

Oh and if it makes a differnce, I'm using the aftermarket stainless dual brakes.

Use loctite on those 2 screws. That trans deals with a lot of vibration. Let it sit overnight before running it so the loctite has a chance to 'lock tight'.

I was thinking that but then dident think it would work cuz it's metal on plastic. I will try it out.

Quick tech tip: If you strip a screw in plastic and need a quick fix while waiting to replace the stripped plastic part, insert a zip tie down into the hole and screw the bolt back in. When done snip off the excess zip tie sticking out. The zip tie will force the screw against the side of the plastic rethreading it and will also make the hole diameter smaller so the screw gets effectively wedged in there.

Used this trick when my D-plate screws on my buggy stripped out during a main.... and it held for another whole racing day with no problem too. That sucker was tight and the bolt was going nowhere.

Also found another easy problem I had. The rod that is screwedto the brake cam shaft I guess u call it, was bent foreward somhow. So that added to the no brakes feel.
