i have a losi xxx-nt stadium truck and i can't get the brakes to work. when i want to brake it takes so long to stop. i was wondering if the brake disk or the pads

could be several different things......(1) break pads worn out (2) disk worn if its not metal disk (3) oily or dirty pads/disk (4) loose linkage.............first thing i would do is get some denatured alcohol mixed with a little simple green & spray down the brakes real good then try running it and stopping.......if that dont work tighten the linkage a little or adjust the brake trim on your radio if your radio has that option & try the brakes again......if that dont work then ya need to replace the shoes & disk........
