I have 2 month old set of Like brand new BowFlex Select tech dumbells. They are the 552 series (Can go up to 55.2lbs on each dumbell). I paid $399.99 and $109 shipping for these 2 months ago. There in mint shape. I have all the original boxers, packing, paperwork and comes with two training Dvd's. I hate to part with them, but I need the money.. ugh.. I ordered these like 3-4 months ago but there so backed up with orders, it takes a couple months to get them.

$325 or best offer. (Buyer to pay actual shipping) Id guess around the $30 each box ($60 total). Just a guess though.

I just dont have the time. Plus the bills are killing me..lol.. I did manage to lose 11lbs and actually see some definition using them..lol.. It wont bug me to much if they dont sell. There pretty awesome.

4U, I know everyone thinks these are a little frooty but I used that total gym and found it really works......seriously they kick ass...my roomate took his when he left and I've missed it for the last 3 months....seriously want to get my own....I used it while vegging out on teh boob toob

and they're fun to be creative with others on :D...chicks dig weird guy toys

I know it's the bills thing right now but if you get a chance and want a good workout check into em

Yeah there pretty awesome. When I bought them I was thinking it was going to be a arm/chest workout only. But to tell you the truth the place where I saw the results the quickest was my abs. They have a bunch of different workouts and target areas on the dvd's.
A couple years ago I had cracked my rotor cuff playing baseball so whenever I would lift my arms over my shoulders it would hurt. I had limited movement without pain. But after using these it gradually went away and more movement came back.
I dont mean to sound like a infomercial..lol.. These are just something thats pretty damn cool and suprised me how effective they were and the exersizes are.
