bought a buggy ...

Ok so i was looking around on e bay last night for mad forces, and i decided to check out some buggies to because i was undecided on which to get . and i found this ....

Ofna Ultra LX pro only with 6 tanks through it, no scratches and the ofna .25 motor. ready to run. for 280 bucks on buy it now, and free shipping.

so i snagged that peice up , now i know the ofna lx is not the best buggy in the world , but i think it will suit my bashing needs. and i like to upgrade stuff, and being as this is my first buggy , and lots of people tell me i wont like it all that much , i figured id get into it without spending all my cash at once.

what do you all think ? what kind of upgrades should i put on first, and what kind of MT tires can i throw on this peice to take her mudding

Anyways How much fuel has that mill seen? Have you looked into getting a"torsen diff" for it? How about the servos? I would upgrade the steering servo if its a stocker.

this is all i have to say... go easy on the upgrades. only upgrade if you break something. get used to the buggy itself first and take it easy, there fun buggys and OFNA is a durable company, good luck with your new buggy.

ouch, yeah , just a quick comment.. the guy on ebay said he bought it new for 410 or something like that.. well why is selling it for 280? thats a little fishy. i mean i would at least sell it for 370 if it was a tiny bit used.

yeah , sweatpants boner. its the e mail address i used for it and i figured no one would have that name.

i plan on using it stock for a good bit of time then upgrading to a better engine and some good servos and stuff.
motor has had about 6 tanks of fuel through it, if its blown then i will just replace it, because i had a force.25 before and it ran great untill the back plate fell off and blew is up. ///

TB , where did you get yours for 300 ? i got this one for 250 but the shipping was 30 bucks or something, i dont really care, if its a peice when it gets here, ill sell it on e bay like he did
