Hey Candyman's, or any one

Do yall use air brush? and what type of paint and what not..

If you're interested in starting to paint, take some time to read a lot of the material in the Body Shop. There are a lot of discussions about airbrushes and paints and techniques that should really get you going. I do airbrush. And there are a lot of paints made specifically for our polycarbonate plastics. Also, if you're really interested in learning a lot, check out CFX Paintwork's forum (www.cfxpaintworks.com).

Candyman, I'm always amazed at your work great job. Here's some pics of my body that NC Nitro sprayed up for me.

Candyman and NCNitro are the 2 hottest painters on this site.
Candyman, that first one is a real beauty. Incredible wood work on the bed planking.

The chrome is by Spaz Stix, and is the best I've ever seen.

Oops, I left this one in the bathroom a little too long.

All the paints are Parma except for the chrome.

No doubt Nitro throws some great paint. I've always used his work to push me. That Caddy is awesome. I gotta get back at it.

I've always tried to keep my graphics to a minimum due to all the complex masking, but between you and NC, I think I'll be flaming out a new lid soon.

Funny thing is that I was trying to get my chops down on True Fire before I had to pack and move. But really, I'm just not into that. Seems it's available all over. And I let those guys who can do it, do it. Because I just can't get it. So I'll stick to the good, old-school flames. They're classic and there are a lot of ways to change them up.

Speaking of classic, you just lit me up here. I have the 1956 Chevy Nomad station wagon sitting in storage. I haven't seen it in a few years, and completely forgot about it. That would be the ULTIMATE car for classic flames, especially now that I've gotten familiar with Spaz Stix chrome. There's a lot of trim on that car. I don't even know if it's still available.

Hey candyman, what brand of paint did you use for the chrome on that ford body? That looked really good.

You guys make me want to go paint the axial lid for the tmaxx. I think i'm going to try an old p51 mustang style paint job on it,or maybe do a brushed aluminum look for it as well. The tc3 is just going to be a basic red for the toyota drift car. Amazing work though, that ugly duckling truck just amazes me, my dad thought it was a real truck haha.
