I know that you need to cut a hole in the windsheild for cooling for the engine. But I see on other cars, the circles are soooo perfect and smooth, How do u get such a perfect circle?

wouldnt that just make a small hole where the reamer cuts through the lexan, I dont think I could make a circle free-hand

A cheap solution...use a piece of the extra Lexan from your body, about 1.5" long, stick a thumb tack in one end and into the winto or body where the center of the circle should be. The use your xacto blade to cut the circle out by sticking it through the extra lexan just enough to scratch at the body. Remember, measure 1" from the thumbtack to keep your hole to 2" diameter.

Dude you could also take any 26MM touring car rim and trace around it for a guide. Can't remember where I read that but I know it works. The rim would of course have to have no tire mounted to it. Later

I use a saw cutter on my corless drill, most saw cut kits come with multiple sizes and cuts a perfect circle. You'll need to clean it up after you use it but thats easy.

I use the sidewall tape that comes with the mugen foam " fast tires " for a guide. I then make a large enough hole with a reamer in the middle of the circle. Cut with curved sissors and finish off the edges with a little dremal sander.

I used an OFNA circle cutter to mark the window then dremeled it. I don't like to use the circle cutter to cut the whole thing....it's just difficult for me.

Its actually an 'OLFA' not OFNA circle cutter. This tool is what 99% of the bodies you see were cut with. Get one. Cheap, and perfect circles everytime. Great for wheel wells too!
