hey i saw this website and it had like tips n stuff and one tip was this thing where you wont lose your body clips or something like that. has anybody saw it? can someone give me the link please. I'm gonna try it out. has anybody else tried this out and if you have does it work good? thanks
vince

i never saw that one but thats a good one. it looks like it would work well

The chain one looks like a good one. I think using fishing line instead of chain might be better though.

The one that uses fuel tubing also works well on the fuel tank cap. I did it on all my Nitros. Makes it a little easier to open the cap and looks good too.

Got them from my LHS today, come in a set of 2, and in a variety of colors, $3.95 for a set, Dubro Racing parts (p/n 2248), also comes with about 8 extra body clips.

I really like them, and don't have to worry about scratches, my clips already pull out easy enough but still stay in place when attatched

Now thats a good idea.

Gotta get me some.

Glad you like 'em robmob, I plan to use these on my new body as well, not sure which body I want to get just yet though, I know my wife is going to get the 50's panel truck for me on my b-day.

hey roadrage, i like that idea. what is the peice called? or what is the number for it thanks
vince

These are made by Dubro Racing part number 2248, Body-Klip Retainer, cost at my LHS (Hobby Town USA) is $3.95, they come in a set of 2, and have 8 extra clips included, come in a variety of colors.

ok thanks roadrage. i might have to pick some up cause i always lose my clips when i take my body off. haha

LOL no prob Vince, I think you'll really like 'em, I wouldn't use these to pull the clips off the posts though, my clips are loose enough I can pull them with my fingers, but still fit snug enough that they don't fall off the post while I'm out bashing.
