what aftermarket body would fit my nitro rustler the stock one doesn't fit because i have the american cnc machined cooling head so i was wondering which one would fit?

cut it to fit. You saying the bodys to low for the head? Cut a whole and have the head exposed. Get better air that way anyway.

but if i cut the body the the cooling head would get scratched?

i tried but it doesn't work that good, thats why i want a body that will protect everything and still make it look good

Either way your going to have your head exposed. Unless you mount your body really high and it will look funny as hell!

HPI also has some vintage muscle car bodies coming out next pretty soon (Hemicuda, Fastback 65 'Stang and 68 Camaro) that are suposed to fit on a rustler. If you can wait until they come out they will probably do the job.

You're probably going to have to make an un-spec body fit. That means taking something like a Hummer or an Escalade and chopping it a bit. Extending your body posts. Stuff like that. If you're covering the engine completely, just make sure you vent it so you don't overheat.
