How do you get the piston out, I need to replace it so I can SELL my T-Maxx this week. It blew today, and I had plans to sell it this week, luckily for the guy buying it, it blew on me, I brought it out one last time to play in the back yard, and it popped.

I got the engine torn apart, all thats left is the rod, crank and piston. I want to make sure I pull it out right.

First remove the sleeve from the crankcase, then remove detach the rod from the crankshaft and it'll come out.

You also need to do another break in.

I know, actually, I am selling it, so I might let the new owner break it in.

I might put the engine off my RC-10GT on it, I am getting a new engine for the GT soon, (more power) the original engine has only had 1 quart of fuel through it, I think it would make a good truck for my wife to enjoy.
