Blown the engine on my LST1 today, if I don't rebuild it what are peoples thoughts on a replacement unit? Will an LST2 or XXL engine bolt straight on, or will i have to upgrade anything. Or is there any other engines people would recommend. Thanks

Had it, drove it. Hated it with a passion.
Go with the LRP .28 spec III. You will not be disapponted.
Or the clone to that, Losi 454
If you don't rebuild and want to get rid of your old engine cheap, let me know.

I have an O.S. .30 for sale in the ForSale forum. Look for RC Sale Sad Day thread.
I also have a buyer on my Savage that has the Mach .26 installed. It is from an LST.
If he buys the truck sans motor, I will sell it to you for a good deal. I put a pullstart on it and it only has about 1 gallon through it at the most. (probably less)
I have the rotostart plate and the Losi starter.

Cheers for the offer of the engine Tacracing, I ended up getting a good deal on a Hobao Mac star .28 with a pull start at my LHS, so I've fitted that one instead and I'm going to have ago at rebuilding the Mach .26 engine over the next few months.
