me and nitro_fanatic have been trying to run my T-Maxx to run but it keeps stalling whenever you let it idle and then it couldn't stay running without the easy start helping it.HELP :shrug:

could be a few things...my first guess would be either your idle is to low ...(as I've read somewhere its not a contest to have the lowest idle just low enough to not move forword at idle) ..or your rich on the needles

do you have a temp gun? whats your temps like (when its running) LOL

Well there ya go.....
Jato are you knowledgeable about the inner workings of your carburator?
I think you answered your own question w/ that last statement and didn't realize it.....

Yea some bastard came up to me and JATO, toll us to run rich as hell!!!!!!!!!!!
AND HE SAID HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All I know me and JATO will never trust some bum off the street. Before he came, it was improving but now it doesn't even want to stay running when we let it coast. To make it run before we coast it (then its stops) we need to give gas while puting on the easy start on.

So Rolex doesn't have to pull his hair out, let me state this;

Set ALL the carb settings back to factory (see owner's manual) and then tune ONLY the HSN, 1/8th at a time. However, disregard this advice if you have NOT followed the proper Traxxas break-in procedure as per the owner's manual. If you have not broken in the motor with the 5 step Traxxas procedure, do it now, anyhow. Follow it to the "T" and then tune for performance. Also, give yourself about 1-1 1/2 hours to do it. If you get it done in less than one hour you did not follow the instructions, and all 5 of the steps must be done one right after another, not over 2, or 5, or more days.

Broke it in to the T so I will set the carb settings back. Thanks

I highly doubt it ruined the motor. I broke my 2.5r in over a 4 day period, not to the traxxas standard. but the final day. I did 2 tanks pretty hard, and it runs great. I ran about a gallon or so through it, then pulled it completely apart, cleaned, lubed, and reassembled it. No sign of wear, and still plenty of compression.

My suggestion:

Original carb settings
Check for air leaks (particularly around the carb area.) cracks are hard to see.
