can anyone suggest a nice wheel with an offset that will look good with the proline big joes? i want a 1/2 inch offset and dont know if the jconcepts white or yellow rulux 1/2 inch offset wheels would look good with them. would they be wide enough?
 
rulux by jconcepts have a bead of 3.7 while big joes have a bead of 3.8, to answer your first question. as far as an offset set for 40 series (non traxxas) go, there best looking are axial oversize (of which, all are wheels are offset). this is one of three available colors for these on axials' site. http://www.axialracing.com/details.php?Id=3285 . your lhs should be able to get these in for you. now as well as the rulux not working, any 40 series wheels listed as having a traxxas style bead will not work without some very tedious modding.
