Apparently they only fit these cars...T-Maxx, Terra Crusher, TXT-1, Clodbuster, and Juggernaut II. You would have top wait for soemone with more experience in MT's than me. I'm a buggy person.

They will only work on Proline 40 series wheels... but, I believe you can get the 40 series wheels for the Savage...

I have this rims I bough by mistake some time ago, I think they whould work, just whant confirmation from someone that knows better than me.

I have the 40's rims and the Big Joes mounted on my Savage with no problem. I honestly thought they were one in the same for both Savage and TMaxx.

If there is 2 different types out there with the same name I would like to know that. I was going to try them out on the Maxx.

No there isn't two types of Big Joes out there. They fit both the Savage & the Maxx. Killahbz has them on his Savage w/ good results. They are mounted to the Velocity 6. You can even mount them to the Mambo's if you want. Even Proline says they are for the Savage.

"Fits 40 Series wheels for MAXX, Terra Crusher, Savage, MGT, and TXT-1"

Later...:mex:

Any T-Maxx rim will mount to the Savage. Therefore any wheel you can mount on a T-Maxx rim will work with the Savage.

I ran IMEX JumboMaxx rims with IMEX Claw Dawgz (same size, maybe a hair bigger than the 40 series) with no real problems. Just make certain you have a servo powerful enough to turn the big wheels, and engine powerful enough to make the huge meats work well.

yep i use mine on my sav and my mgt with no probs. all the same:)

Big Joes are 40 series tires. Just get rims that are 40 series rims. The axle stub on the Savage is slightly larger than the T-Maxx, so some rims will not fit, and you have to drill them out for the axle stub to fit. Here is my Big Joes on a Savage 25.
They make the Savage look a little bigger, and they perform much better than stock. But they also tear up suspensions parts faster.
