I got my trans. on my 2.5 tuned perfectly! I highly recommend that you pay attention to the shift point on your t-maxx, it makes a big difference! Now my truck is faster on the top end and remains fast on the bottom. Good Luck
 
How did you tune it from default. Like what did you do, make it shift earlier/later? Turn to left or right? I havent touched my trans yet and its running pretty good...
 
tuning

I noticed that my truck was shifting late, The engine would scream before it would shift into second gear. So i followed the instructions in my manual and i set the shift point earlier, turning it counter-clockwise. I turned it 1/4 turn and now it works perfectly. The second my engine hits the high point in its rev. it shifts. I couldn't be happier!!!
