best way to raise rear wing?

i am looking for a way to raise the rear wing on Revo 3.3, the wing is the one by Traxxas. the two lower portions of the wing are lower than the body. If i lower the body another notch it will be touching the exhaust.

well it seems like there is no way to raise it, at least nothing i could find.

would that muffler tape they sell at like autozone prevent the body from melting if it comes into contact with the exhaust? it would be a small area that would come in contact with the body was thinking of putting that muffler tape on that part of body.

with how it is setup now is the wing basically useless?

Could always make a pair of risers out of ally and bolt the wing down to them...

What would be the ideal height to make the wing, how much should I raise it from its current position?

As much as you feel comfortable with is the honest answer....

Maybe an inch above body height might be a start??
