What would be the best performance or electronic upgrade for a completely stock 3.3. Dont want to spend an arm and a leg any suggestions would be awesome!!:)

First and foremost, use the forums search feature on this sunject... A thread was just created and covered about MAXX upgrades... Thats the best upgrade you can start with, and its free!

RPM parts are a good place to start. With the Maxx truck there are so many possibilities with all the aftermarket support you kinda got to upgrade that fits your driving style the best.

Totally 100% for me get rid of the stock radio system unless its a 2.4g. If it is, then for sure RPM stuff.

If it is an older model with reverse the first thing i would do is forward only he didnt specify what model he has. But i would deff to rpm arms all the way around. And some new hinge pins for the arms the stock ones bend very easily. And if not aluminum skids id at least throw some rpm skid covers on it.

Wheel and tires have the most dramatic effect on performance than any other item.

Its the newest model

At min the first thing I would do is ditch the red shock springs, Integy spring kit(the only product of theirs worth the coin) is a great way to go, and some heavier wt shock fluid.

You can also use the AE MGT springs, they fit without an issue.

Now is also a great time to get some Traxxas BigBore aluminum shocks too, the red springs they come with are the same junkers that come stock on the truck so you need better springs to take advantage of the better shocks.

Some aluminum chassis braces are a good upgrade too to eliminate chassis flex.

Bearings! Get some! http://avidrc.com/ is the place to get them from, most are $1 each!
The non servo saver side of the steering(qty2) & the throttle bell crank(qty2) have plastic bushings in their, replace them with 5x8x2.5mm bearings.
Also get some extra clutch bell bearings(5x11x4mm), I replace mine at the first hint of roughness in them.
With the price of the Avid's bearing's I keep plenty of spares on hand so it's quick to swap out a bearing(My LHS is a 65mile round trip!).

And as stated above tires are always a good upgrade too! :)

Also check out the recommended t-maxx upgrades thread for more ideas.
